What This Tool Helps You Do
An affiliate link can appear in a blog post, resource page, newsletter, or download. Keeping a record as you publish makes those placements easier to revisit. This tracker connects each destination to its content location, review notes, and next action, instead of leaving you to search from memory.
- Record the content URL or asset for each link
- Note its placement and tracking ID
- Keep disclosure and destination checks visible
- Record the next review date and needed action
Find the placement.
Keep it useful.♡
What’s Included
A maintainable link inventory and a practical checklist for your manual reviews.
Expandable link inventory
Add the program, affiliate destination, content URL or asset, and the link’s placement within it.
Disclosure and tracking notes
Record whether a disclosure is present and keep tracking IDs or sub-IDs beside the relevant placement.
Review dates and action fields
Note when you checked a link, when to review it again, and what still needs attention.
CSV and Excel working copies
Export the online inventory as CSV or use the included Excel companion. The two versions remain separate.
Perfect For You If…
For bloggers and creators who place affiliate links in more than one piece of content.
How You’ll Use It
Start with the links you already use, then add new placements as you publish.
- 1
Record the destination
Enter the program and the affiliate URL you actually use.
- 2
Locate the recommendation
Add the content URL or asset, the placement, and any tracking ID.
- 3
Check and note what you find
Open the destination and review the recommendation and disclosure. Record the date and needed action.
- 4
Keep the inventory current
Set a review date, update your notes, and save in your browser or export a working copy.
Why It Matters
A recommendation can outlast the offer it points to. A clear inventory helps you find affected content when something needs changing. The tracker gives your maintenance work a structure; it does not automatically scan your website, test links, measure clicks, or confirm compliance.
Care for the recommendation.
♡
Does it automatically check links?
No. It is a manual inventory. You open the links, check the destinations, and record what needs attention.
Will it track clicks or commissions?
No. You can record tracking IDs, but this tool does not connect to affiliate dashboards or collect click and earnings data.
Can I use the Excel version?
Yes. An Excel companion is included. Browser saves, CSV exports, and the workbook are separate copies and do not sync automatically.
14-Day Refund Window
Try the Affiliate Link Tracker with confidence. If it isn’t right for you, contact support@wahmn.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.
Give Every Affiliate Link a Place in Your Records
