1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Work at Home Moms Network (“WAHMN”, “the Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use WAHMN content, courses and tools for your own personal and business use. You may not copy, share, resell or republish them, in whole or in part, without written permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use it to harass or harm others.

3. Accounts & Purchases

If you purchase a product from WAHMN, you agree to provide accurate information and pay the displayed price. Refunds are at WAHMN’s discretion and limited to one product per customer, as described in our Refund Policy. The All-In counts as one product. On a payment plan, the 14 days start from your first payment. We may refuse a refund when we believe the refund policy is being abused.

4. Intellectual Property

12. Accessibility Statement

Our commitment. WAHMN is committed to making our site usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We design and build with accessibility in mind, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a one-time project.

Standards we aim for. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This includes meaningful color contrast, descriptive link text, alt text on images, keyboard navigability, and clear typographic hierarchy.

Where we are today. We know parts of the site fall short of that goal, and we fix accessibility problems as we find them or hear about them.

Ongoing improvements. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on WAHMN, we want to hear about it. Email support@wahmn.com with the page URL and a brief description, and we will respond within 5 business days and prioritize a fix.
