Why we do it this way
Everything in the WAHMN shop is a digital download, which means you receive it instantly and there’s nothing to ship back. Plenty of sellers use that as a reason to mark everything “final sale.”
We don’t. We know what it’s like to buy something online and realize it isn’t what you needed. Our 14-day guarantee exists because we want you to feel confident trying our products — and because we believe the quality should speak for itself.
How to request a refund
- Email support@wahmn.com from the address you used to purchase.
- Include your order confirmation or receipt (a screenshot works fine).
- Tell us which product you’d like refunded — you don’t need to explain why.
- We’ll confirm within 1 business day and process your refund within 3-5 business days.
What’s covered
- All digital products and downloads
- Courses and templates
- Bundles and toolkits
- Purchases made within the last 14 days
What’s not covered
- Purchases older than 14 days
- Products bought through third-party affiliates
- Items already consumed or redistributed
- Refund requests sent to the wrong email
EU & UK customers
For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, digital content is generally not cancellable once delivery has begun, provided you gave express consent at checkout. When you check the box agreeing to instant delivery, you acknowledge that you waive the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content.
Our own 14-day guarantee above still applies to you in full, so in practice you lose nothing. If you have any questions about how this applies to your purchase, email us and we’ll walk you through it.
