By accessing or using Work at Home Moms Network (“WAHMN”, “the Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

WAHMN is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use it to harass or harm others.

If you purchase a product from WAHMN, you agree to provide accurate information and pay the displayed price. Digital products are non-transferable and licensed for individual use unless otherwise stated. We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on digital products.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on WAHMN — articles, downloads, courses, designs, and trademarks — is owned by WAHMN or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish content without written permission, with the exception of short, attributed quotes.
5. User Submissions
When you submit a story, comment, or other content, you grant WAHMN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to edit, publish, and promote it. You confirm you own or have rights to the content you submit.

WAHMN includes links to third-party websites, tools, and services — some of which are affiliate links. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or terms of third-party sites.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or harms our community.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAHMN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WAHMN is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll change the “Last Updated” date above and, for material changes, notify newsletter subscribers.
