1. Overview

Work at Home Moms Network (“WAHMN”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes the personal information we collect when you use our website, newsletter, and digital products, and how we use, share, and protect it.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what we need to run WAHMN well:

• Information you give us, name and email when you subscribe to the newsletter, submit a story, contact us, or purchase a product.
• Order information, when you purchase, our payment processor collects billing details. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information, site statistics from Google Analytics about pages visited, device type and where you came from.

3. How We Use Information

• To send the newsletter and product updates you’ve requested.
• To deliver digital products and provide support.
• To improve the site, our editorial coverage, and our products.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies to remember your preferences and Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. You choose which cookies we use when you first visit. To change your choice at any time, click Manage cookie settings below, or the “Manage Consent” tab at the bottom of any page.

When you sign up for one of our free downloads, we save your first name, email address and the answer you chose on the form in your own browser, so you don’t have to fill in the form again. It stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clicking “Not you?” on the download page or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

5. Sharing & Subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with trusted service providers who help us operate WAHMN, for example our email platform, payment processor, and hosting provider. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

Services we use. These companies help us run WAHMN. Each one only gets the information it needs to do its job.

• Google Analytics: counts visits and shows which pages are read, so we know what’s helpful. It only runs if you accept statistics cookies. Google Tag Manager loads it.
• Kit: sends our email newsletter and stores your email address and the choices you make when you sign up.
• Stripe: handles payments. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
• Member portal (memberportal.cc): holds your course account and progress.
• Amazon Web Services: runs WAHMN Sign-In and hosts the member portal.
• Invision Community (community.wahmn.com): runs our forum and stores your forum account and posts.
• GoDaddy: hosts the website.
• Cloudflare: protects the site and helps it load quickly.
• Wordfence: protects the site from attacks and may log your IP address to block suspicious activity.
• Complianz: shows the cookie box and remembers your choice.
• Amazon Associates: some links to Amazon carry our referral tag. If you buy, Amazon may set its own cookies and pays us a small commission at no extra cost to you.

6. Retention & Deletion

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. You can request deletion of your account or newsletter data at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@wahmn.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

8. Children’s Privacy

WAHMN is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, notify newsletter subscribers by email.
